Directions to Charles Levin Architects

From 94 Heading West:

  1. Take the Riverside exit to the light at the top of the ramp.
  2. Cross Riverside and continue one block along the service road to the light at 25th Ave. S.
  3. Turn left (south) and cross over I-94.
  4. Continue 3 blocks south to East 24th Street (you will cross East Franklin).
  5. Turn right (west) on East 24th Street and continue 3 ½ blocks.
  6. Park on East 24th Street at the end of Milwaukee Avenue (Milwaukee Avenue is closed to vehicular traffic).
  7. Walk one half block north to 2300.

From 35W Heading North:

  1. Merge onto I-94 East and move efficiently and safely to right lane without lengthy delay.
  2. Exit at Riverside/25th Avenue.
  3. At the top of the ramp, turn right (south).
  4. Continue 3 blocks south to East 24th Street (you will cross Franklin Avenue.)
  5. Turn right (west) on East 24th Street and continue 3 ½ blocks.
  6. Park on East 24th Street at the end of Milwaukee Avenue (Milwaukee Avenue is closed to vehicular traffic).
  7. Walk one half block north to 2300.

From 94 Heading East or from 35W Heading South:

  1. Take the Hiawatha exit.
  2. Keep right and exit Cedar Avenue.
  3. At the light, turn left (north) under bridge.
  4. Continue to second light at East Franklin.
  5. Turn right (east) on East Franklin and continue to the second light at 22nd Avenue South.
  6. Turn right (south) and continue 2 blocks to East 24th Street.
  7. Turn left and drive 1/2 block; park on East 24th Street at the end of Milwaukee Avenue (Milwaukee Avenue is closed to vehicular traffic).
  8. Walk one half block north to 2300.

From Downtown Minneapolis:

  1. Leave downtown on 8th Street, which is a one way, and continue over the freeway.
  2. Keep right and exit Cedar Avenue.
  3. At the light, turn left (north) under bridge.
  4. Continue to second light at East Franklin.
  5. Turn right (east) on East Franklin and continue to the second light at 22nd Avenue South.
  6. Turn right (south) and continue 2 blocks to East 24th Street.
  7. Turn left and drive 1/2 block; park on East 24th Street at the end of Milwaukee Avenue (Milwaukee Avenue is closed to vehicular traffic).
  8. Walk one half block north to 2300.
