Project Goals:
The existing 1970's side porch of the 2-family duplex is deteriorating due to inadequate construction
and is in need of replacement.
Project Outcome:
The new flat-roof porch will provide a sun deck for the upstairs unit and a larger screened porch for
the downstairs unit. The design will be compatible with other ornate detailing on the house.
