The predominance of the shopping mall as the primary retail environment provides
an expansive opportunity for national retailers.
The stores shown here are examples of a series of 77 projects covering 19 states
designed for a Minneapolis-based franchise company.
Several prototypes were developed for different situations:
- in line narrow for spaces under 12 feet wide
- in line standard for spaces from 12 to 20 feet wide
- in line wide for spaces over 20 feet wide
- freestanding
- corner spaces
Full architectural services including construction administration were provided
due to variations in local codes, landloard requirements and local bidding conditions.
