Energy Park Business Center
St. Paul, MN

Project Goal:
Safety concerns over lighting and winter ice formation on the walkways in front of 21 entrances to an office/warehouse complex were the primary issues addressed in this project.

Outcome:
The renovation design includes a flat roof that catches rain and snow as it slides off the skylight and drains it away from the doorways. The incorporation of recessed soffit lighting at each entryway increases nighttime safety.
