Project Goal:
Add 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, and a home office.

Outcome:
By locating the new second story over the existing garage, the family was able to continue living in the house during construction. The new outside stairway leads to the home office and features a small deck with a bench at the top for casual conversation on pleasant days.
