Project Goal:
This 88-unit condominium complex had deteriorating siding and limited daylighting
of units, making the complex so unattractive that it was difficult
to get potential buyers to even look at the units.

After
Outcome:
Repair and restoration to three buildings created colorful and crisply
detailed exteriors that require little maintenance. Open gaurd rails
surrounding the balconies allow sunlight to penetrate deeply into each
unit and further enhance the open feeling of the complex.
