Project Goal:
The Owner wished to upgrade all physical aspects of his dealership, including exterior painting and signage, major renovation of the "Used Car" building, reroofing of the VW building, paving replacement (with a new drainage system), new site lighting, relocation of site entries, landscaping, etc.

Outcome:
The function of the remodeled building has not changed. Although the former sign read 'Used Cars Department', it's actual use was as a new car showroom and delivery area. Built in the mid-70's, the exterior had a 'chalet' look and was never designed to integrate with the sloped site. The Customer entry was up narrow steps to a small door.
