Do-All Building
Minneapolis, Minnesota
The DoAll Building project is a proposed remodeling of a 13,961 square foot, single-story
commercial structure built in 1963. DoAll was a specialty equipment supplier, whose rooftop
billboard became a neighborhood icon.
New tenants include a convenience store, wholesale bakery, chiropractor, offices and the new home
of Seward Redesign. The project includes the removal of two dilapidated residential structures
and the construction of a new 40-car parking lot. The new owners intend that the parking lot will
help alleviate a parking shortage in the neighborhood. Construction is nearly complete.
Rich Thomasgard of Seward Redesign is providing development and leasing services to the privately owned project.
The General Contractor is Flannery Construction of St. Paul, represented by project manager Mark Welch. Prescription
Landscape of St. Paul has developed the planting plan. Financing will be provided by Franklin Bank, MCDA and The
Community Reinvestment Fund.
