Project Goal:
Welna Hardware store has been a neighborhood icon for over 50 years. The buisiness has run out of room in their existing building and only on-street parking is available. The owner has purchased a larger building directly across the street from the existing store. It will be remodeled to allow expanded retail operations. In addition, a new landscaped customer parking lot will be built.
