Ann and Todd took an opportunity to purchase a house on Minnehaha Creek from the original owner with the intention of remodeling to suit their lifestyle. After much study, they decided that the scope of work necessary to meet their needs was not proportionate to their investment goals.

Project Goal:
Feasibility study for a front entry addition, garage enlargement, new deck, and kitchen remodel.
