Project Goal:
Joan and Scott own a suburban 2-story. With 3 kids, play space in the house was at a premium. The newly finished basement adds a family room with large screen TV and fireplace (as well as a bathroom, a laundry room and storage). Additional west facing windows are an extra feature which mitigate the expectation that a basement will be dark.

Project Status:
Construction completion expected in early summer 2007.
