Project Goal:
The Nowak Residence was looking to create a larger entry, add a family room and replace the existing garage.
We met Angie and Dave through the city of St. Louis Park Architect Design Services Program. This program provides
homeowners with low-cost design consultations at which they can receive feedback on their remodeling ideas.

Outcome:
Since everyone used the porch door, the existing front door was removed and a new entry was positioned to replace the
porch. A new south facing family room allowed sustantial sunlight as well as easy yard access. Finally a larger
garage gave Dave all the workshop space that was needed. A bonus was a new basement playroom for the kids.
